Residential Kitchen Remodeling

Your Dream Kitchen Starts With One Conversation.

DESIGN · BUILD · INSTALL · ALL IN-HOUSE.

One Team. Zero Hand-Offs.

Most kitchen remodels involve 4–6 different vendors. We've collapsed that into one relationship and one point of accountability. From the first in-home visit to the final reveal, KCCNE handles design, fabrication, and installation under one roof

In-House Design & Fabrication
Our designers, fabricators, and installers all work under one roof at our 50,000 sq. ft. Pawtucket facility. No third-party lead times, no quality gaps between vendors.

True Design-Build
From concept to countertops, our NKBA-certified designers manage every phase including demo, plumbing, electrical, tiling, and carpentry through our network of vetted licensed contractors.

New England's Largest Showroom
See it before you commit. Our award-winning showroom in Pawtucket is open to walk-ins, with a full walk-through stone yard, live cabinet displays, and hardware you can touch.

How a KCCNE Remodel Works

We've refined this over hundreds of projects. It's designed to keep you informed without making the remodel your full-time job.

Free In-Home Consult

One of our owners or designers comes to you. We walk the space, take measurements, and talk through what you want: style, function, timeline, and budget range. No commitment required.

Design & Selection

Back at the showroom, your designer builds a personalized plan. You choose cabinets, countertops, hardware, and finishes from our curated lines with a full budget review before anything is ordered.

In-House Fabrication

Your countertops are templated and fabricated at our Pawtucket facility. Cabinets are ordered, staged, and inspected all before your install date.

Installation & Reveal

Our team or vetted contractor partners manage every trade (demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, carpentry, and install) coordinated by your project manager from start to punch-list.

Typical residential remodel: 8–12 weeks. Timelines vary by scope. We'll give you an honest estimate upfront.

The Team You'll Actually Work With

Every residential project is guided by a dedicated designer — someone who knows the showroom, knows the fabrication process, and stays on your project from first meeting to final install.

NKBA-Certified Designer
Your dedicated designer handles the in-home visit, creates your 3D kitchen plan, and guides every selection from cabinetry to countertops.
Field Project
Manager

Customer Resource Manager
Your point of contact between appointments. Questions about your order, timeline, or install date. One call, one person.

Free In-Home Consultation — No Commitment.

One of our designers comes to you, walks your space, and puts together a personalized plan with real numbers at no charge. If our proposal doesn't fit, you'll still walk away with a clear picture of what your remodel actually involves.

Prefer to start at the showroom? Walk-ins welcome during business hours at 125 Esten Ave, Pawtucket.
