Remodeling our kitchen and both bathrooms was a challenging project, but we were so fortunate to have KCCNE at the helm. A project like this has so many decisions to be made from cabinetry, tile and stone/granite, to hardware selection. The design advice and guidance from Heather, Eddie, and Chris for the new layouts and help material selections was invaluable. Their patience when it came to the kitchen countertops selection was so appreciated. We struggled finding the perfect material, but we never felt pressured to “just settle” on our choice and we even changed our selection a couple of times. KCCNE was not going to be happy unless we were absolutely in love with our selection. The relationships KCCNE has with Wickford Appliance were also a great help so that we could defer delivery until the appliances were ready for installation. The KCCNE team really shined once the project started with their top-notch project management. Sarah and Cody kept everything running as smoothly as possible, coordinating all aspects of the project. All of the trades people KCCNE works with were such a pleasure to work with. They all took great pride in their work and did a fantastic job, just as if they were working on their own home. Whenever we had concerns or questions, they were addressed quickly and completely. Even when unexpected happened, KCCNE kept the project moving forward. We discovered some water damage and KCCNE was able to make repairs to an exterior wall and window, including replacing section of exterior clapboard siding, without impacting the schedule and you can’t even tell there was repair work done at all. Now that the project is complete, we are so happy with the results and it feels like a new house. The kitchen is a joy to be in and the bathroom feels like a spa.We love showing off the remodel to family and friends and everyone is so blown away with how things came out. We are so happy we decided to go with KCCNE for our project and will (and have)
