Providence Kitchen Remodel

We knew we wanted to renovate our kitchen, and were in despair about finding the right partner to work with. Many vendors exist that are transactional but offer no personalized care; a few others offered high service levels but were prohibitively expensive. It was our lucky day when we decided to meet with KCCNE after seeing their billboard on the highway. Our experience with them was outstanding & we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful kitchen, which we love & receive compliments on every day! Their level of service, care & attention to detail & most importantly their ability to listen & help us create the kitchen of our dreams was unparalleled. We had some ideas & wanted to give input but needed expert advice & a guiding hand. Eddy runs the show & is a master designer with a practical bent & the ability to negotiate expertly the inevitable husband & wife disagreements. His team that designs the layout, cabinet & countertop choice is expert, patient, & incredibly experienced. Eddy himself approves every design & had great ideas to add to our own & was very diplomatic when something we suggest wouldn’t work. The team that implemented the design was outstanding. Dan, the project manager, was responsive & super friendly—& made sure to always reply & get stuff done. Also, KCCNE uses true master craftsmen to hang cabinets, lay tile, & install floors. These experts are user-friendly & have incredibly high standards—down to every piece of trim & corner. We cannot say enough about how great they were. As they said to us: “we work as if this were our own house.” All this was accomplished with a very open dialogue about our budget & they always respected that we had limits & stayed in scope.
